Baby's Breath Postnatal Yoga
This Yoga class will invite both gentle movement and stillness and provide you with a bit of "me-time" amidst all the demands of motherhood. There will also be a focus on community as you (re)connect with other new moms in a supportive environment with the opportunity to share and gain insight on anything "baby and motherhood" related. Whether your baby was born more recently or longer ago, this class will suit your needs and you will leave feeling restored and refreshed!

Mom and Baby sessions are offered throughout the year. In this class you will explore gentle movement while connecting with your baby. This is also an opportunity to meet new mothers and their little ones and feel a sense of community as you navigate this new stage in your life. Yoga experience is not necessary and feeding, changing diapers, consoling crying babies is all part of the class - so please, no worries!
Babies newborn - crawling.
There are two sessions currently offered on Thursdays. Each session is 4 classes. The morning session is at 11:00am - 12:00pm and the afternoon is at 1:00pm - 2:00pm.

Breastfeeding Support
As a board certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I have helped support mothers in their breastfeeding journey for over 30 years. Breastfeeding is a natural process but can also present unique challenges for new mothers. Support and guidance during the first few days and weeks after birth provides the greatest benefit and chance of success - this is my specialty! Whether it’s a difficulty with latching, concerns over milk supply, or simply the need for an experienced assessment and encouragement, I can help you and your baby get off to a great start.
Breastfeeding Education Session
Group prenatal breastfeeding education sessions are held throughout the year to help you prepare and understand what lies ahead. Join in to feel more prepared for your upcoming breastfeeding journey! You will learn tips for latching your baby, how to tell if your baby is getting enough, learn all about antenatal hand expression and so much more! These sessions are interactive and allow for the opportunity to ask questions to a certified lactation consultant.
All participants receive a colostrum collection kit.
Sessions are typically held every other month on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30pm.
